Description
When selecting files, Alias Find and Replace can be instructed to search through sub-directories in two ways:
OPTION 1
- Go to the
Select files panel.
- Select (tick off) the
Include sub-directories option.
- proceed with the file selection (see related topic).
OPTION 2
- Go to the
Select files panel.
- Hold down any of the left or right keyboard SHIFT keys.
- The status bar at the bottom of the screen
displays REC (The file tree view must have the focus).
- Keep the SHIFT key pressed while proceeding with the file selection (see related topic).
Please note that the Include sub-directories option must not be checked for the keyboard shortcut to work.
